Create a Do Not Call
Creating a
do not call is done on the
Territory Edit page.
Creating a Do Not Call
Creating a do not call is done exactly as creating a location. Switch to
edit mode as shown in the image below.
Select a
location type from the
Draw Tool as shown in the example below.
Now simply
mark where the do not call is on the map.
A
Create Location dialog will show, verify that the address details are correct.
When done, change the
status of the location to
Do Not Call exactly as depicted below.
Click
save and the do not call will now be added to the territory and shown on the map just as shown in the image below.
Existing Locations
Existing locations can be changed to and from do not calls and many other statuses at any time.
