Print Templates
Print Templates allow you to quickly and easily configure print settings to control how your congregation's territories are printed.
Whether you want a unique layout for a
single territory or a consistent format across an
entire type of territory, print templates make it
easy to
manage and
apply these settings.
Print templates are created and managed
directly on the print page of any territory.
Default
Your congregation comes with a
default print template. The default print template is applied to all territories that
do not have a specific print template assigned to them.
Creating
New print templates can be
created by
clicking on the
add print template button as shown below.
The newly created print template will use the current configured print settings and will be applied to the current territory being printed.
Selecting
Print templates can be
selected by
clicking on the print template name in the print template list as shown below.
Once
selected the print template will be applied to the current territory being printed.
This allows you to
quickly switch between print templates and see how they will look on the current territory.
Saving
Once you have configured the print template to your liking, simply
click the
save button as shown below.
This will
save the print template with the current print settings and
apply it to the
territory being printed as well as any
other territories using the
same print template.

specific territory type by
